Richland Auction Hub is an independent real estate auction information and research service.

We collect, organize, compile, and present auction-related information from public records, government sources, auction providers, third-party sources, and other available sources to make it easier for users to discover and research real estate auctions.

Richland Auction Hub is not an auctioneer and does not conduct auctions, accept bids, sell properties, hold deposits, transfer property, or control the auctions displayed through the Service.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Richland Auction Hub is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any county, sheriff's office, court, government agency, auction provider, lender, property owner, or other third party.

Auction information displayed through the Service may include property addresses, auction dates and times, opening or minimum bids, appraised values, parcel numbers, case numbers, property characteristics, auction status, tax information, links, and other property or auction-related information.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information useful and current, but we do not guarantee that information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Auctions may be changed, postponed, cancelled, withdrawn, redeemed, resolved, or otherwise modified without notice.

You must verify auction information directly with the official auction provider before bidding, transferring funds, traveling to an auction, or making an investment decision.

Information provided through Richland Auction Hub is for informational and research purposes only.

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, title, appraisal, inspection, accounting, or other professional advice.

You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence and determining whether a property or investment is appropriate for you.

Richland Auction Hub does not guarantee the condition, ownership, occupancy, title status, lien status, taxes, assessments, zoning, boundaries, square footage, utilities, environmental condition, accessibility, marketability, or other characteristics of any property.

Purchasing property through foreclosure, sheriff sale, tax sale, or another auction may involve substantial risk.

Users are responsible for investigating properties and auction requirements before bidding.

Richland Auction Hub may provide estimated values, comparable sales, after-repair values ("ARV"), estimated equity, potential spreads, repair estimates, deal scores, calculations, or other analytical information.

These figures may be based on public information, third-party information, automated systems, artificial intelligence, assumptions, or incomplete information.

All such information is an estimate only.

Richland Auction Hub does not guarantee property values, resale prices, costs, investment returns, or profitability.

Certain features require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials secure.

Your account is for your individual or authorized business use and may not be shared with unauthorized users.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used to abuse or misuse the Service.

Certain features of Richland Auction Hub require a paid subscription.

The subscription price is $10 per month, billed monthly.

Every new subscription includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all features at no charge.

A valid payment method is required at signup. You will not be charged during the 7-day free trial.

After the 7-day free trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged $10 for your first month, and $10 each month thereafter until you cancel.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval until cancelled.

By starting a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method for each renewal period until cancellation.

You may cancel at any time through your account settings. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.

If you cancel after becoming a paying subscriber, cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for amounts already charged. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Richland Auction Hub grants subscribers a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for their own personal or internal business real estate research.

Users may use information obtained through the Service to research properties, evaluate potential purchases, identify investment opportunities, and visit the original auction sources.

You may not use Richland Auction Hub to create or operate a competing auction aggregation or property-data service.

Unless we provide written permission, you may not:

• Scrape, crawl, spider, harvest, or systematically extract information from Richland Auction Hub.
• Use bots or automated systems to collect our compiled database.
• Download or export substantial portions of the database.
• Copy or reproduce substantial portions of the Service.
• Republish our compiled auction listings.
• Sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially redistribute access to our database.
• Create a competing database using information systematically obtained from Richland Auction Hub.
• Share subscription credentials with unauthorized users.
• Circumvent subscription requirements, access restrictions, rate limits, or security measures.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
• Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with Richland Auction Hub.

Ordinary use of individual property information for evaluating or purchasing real estate is permitted.

Richland Auction Hub does not claim ownership of underlying public records or third-party information merely because that information appears through the Service.

However, the Richland Auction Hub website, branding, original written content, software, organization, presentation, database structure, proprietary analysis, research, compilations, and other original materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, database, contract, or other applicable rights.

Access to the Service does not grant users ownership of Richland Auction Hub's platform or proprietary materials.

The Service may contain information originating from or links to government agencies, auction providers, county websites, mapping services, property databases, and other third parties.

Third-party names and links are provided for identification, reference, convenience, and verification.

Richland Auction Hub does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, content, policies, services, or transactions.

When you leave Richland Auction Hub, the terms and policies of the third-party website apply.

Information available through Richland Auction Hub may be collected, organized, reviewed, analyzed, or updated using public records, third-party sources, human research, automated technology, and artificial intelligence.

Errors, delays, omissions, duplicates, conflicting information, and outdated information may occur.

Users should always verify material information with authoritative sources.

Richland Auction Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe content appearing on Richland Auction Hub infringes rights you own or control, please contact us through the contact information provided on the website and identify the material in question.

We may remove or restrict access to disputed material while the issue is reviewed.

We do not guarantee that Richland Auction Hub will always be available or uninterrupted.

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or portions of the Service as the platform develops.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Richland Auction Hub and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages resulting from use of or reliance upon the Service.

This includes losses related to missed auctions, changed or cancelled auctions, inaccurate information, property purchases, investment decisions, lost profits, travel expenses, bidding decisions, or reliance on estimates.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Richland Auction Hub during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Richland Auction Hub and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to Richland Auction Hub if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the Service, attempted unauthorized data extraction, shared unauthorized access, committed fraud, or interfered with the operation or security of the Service.

Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities incurred before termination.

We may update these Terms as Richland Auction Hub develops.

The current version and its effective date will be posted on the website.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to applicable Ohio and federal law.
