A subscription is $10 per month, billed monthly, with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required. You are automatically billed $10/month after the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Cancel anytime through your account settings; there are no long-term contracts.

Full access to all auction and off-market listings, a built-in flip calculator on every property, watchlist and private notes, saved search alerts, auction reminders, an investor pipeline board with drag-and-drop stages, and live auction countdown timers.

No. We do not conduct auctions, sell properties, or represent any county, sheriff, court, or auction provider. We are an independent information service that helps you find and organize opportunities.

New auctions and off-market deals are added regularly as information becomes available from our sources. Saved search alerts notify you by email when new properties match your criteria.
