Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every new subscription to Richland Auction Hub includes a 7-day free trial.

During the trial, you have full access to all features at no charge.

A valid payment method is required at signup. You will not be charged during the 7-day trial period.

After the trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged $10 for your first month, and $10 each month thereafter until you cancel.

If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. Your access continues until the end of the trial period.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at $10/month.

Richland Auction Hub subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings.

When you cancel your subscription:

• If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged and your access continues until the trial ends.
• If you cancel after becoming a paying subscriber, your subscription will not renew for another billing period.
• You will continue to have access to your paid subscription through the end of your current paid billing period.
• You will not be charged again unless you purchase or reactivate a subscription.

Cancellation does not result in an automatic refund of amounts already paid.

All subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access to the paid Service has been provided.

Because Richland Auction Hub provides immediate access to compiled auction information, research, property information, and other subscriber-only features, we do not provide refunds simply because a subscriber:

• No longer wants the Service.
• Did not use the Service.
• Found the information they were looking for.
• Purchased a property or completed their research.
• Forgot to cancel before a subscription renewed.
• Decided the available auctions were not suitable for them.
• Did not find a property they wanted to purchase.

No prorated refunds or credits are provided for partially used subscription periods. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once for the same subscription period, or experienced another billing error, please contact us.

Verified billing errors will be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period using the payment method associated with the account.

The applicable subscription price and billing frequency will be displayed before purchase.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not want it to renew.

Cancelling a subscription does not immediately terminate access.

Subscribers will generally retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period for which they have already paid.

After that period ends, access to subscriber-only features will expire unless the subscription is renewed or reactivated.

Subscription fees provide access to Richland Auction Hub's information service.

Payment does not guarantee:

• Access to a particular property.
• That a particular auction will occur.
• That a subscriber will successfully purchase a property.
• That a certain number of auctions will be available.
• That an investment will be profitable.
• That every auction available from every source will appear on the Service.

Auction availability and inventory naturally change over time.
